Wood for life is a volunteer organization that works to provide heating fuel for those in need.

Green Waste Disposal
If you are not comfortable burning your green waste (we totally understand) there are options for free disposal.

Pine needles are a different kind of waste then branches and logs. Cinder Hill landfill will use ground up branches and logs as ground cover. So they will take branches and logs year around for free.
Pine needles can be disposed for free for limited times at Willard Springs. Look on the County’s website for the latest information.
